BBC ‘Breaking The News’ regular panelist Stuart Mitchell will make his TV debut this Friday 1st March. The popular radio panel show is to be recorded for TV and then broadcast on the new BBC Scotland Channel Friday 1st March, 10pm. Stuart will join Rory Bremner, Susan Calman and Tiff Stevenson for the recording.
