Chris McCausland delivered Channel 4’s Alternative Christmas Message following his Strictly Come Dancing win.

Chris used the Alternative Christmas Day message to personally urge employers to tackle discrimination of disabled people and for improvements to be made for the government backed grant, Access to Work, that covers access costs for disabled people in employment.
