Ghosts is back on the BBC this weekend to bring some joy and laughter to the Friday night schedules, with the latest episodes set to be just as anarchic as ever.

The sitcom co-written by Martha Howe-Douglas (who also plays the role of Lady Button) follows married couple Alison and Mike as they renovate a grand country manor that they unexpectedly inherited, while dealing with the fussiness of a group of ghosts that happen to be haunting the property.

This season, they’ll try their hand at offering the place to holidaymakers on Airbnb, which is no small task in ordinary cases, but will prove particularly difficult for this remarkable home.
