Jon Long has recorded his first ever BBC R4 Pilot titled ‘Extinction Compendium’.

In a new show produced by Jon Holmes, written and performed by Comedian (and actual council Waste Education Officer) Jon Long, he and Biologist Gillian Burke take on green issues in this fast paced new enviro-comedy. 

The topic – Plastic. Scourge of the planet, or synthetic scapegoat? 

Featuring sketches from our very own Alasdair Beckett-King, as well as songs, expert interviews, tonnes of questions, and even one or two answers.

The show will broadcast on BBC R4 Thursday 1st July 23:00
