William Stone is a stand-up comedian with a uniquely absurd style; his one-liners earning him a place in the 2018 BBC New Comedy Awards final.

During the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe, he performed live on Jo Whiley and Simon Mayo’s Drive Time Show, BBC Radio 2.

William is fast gaining a reputation for being one of the hardest-working new acts on the scene, having performed over 400 times in his first three years of comedy.

A skilled and prolific joke writer, William has performed stand-up at Brighton Komedia's Krater club and Covent Garden Comedy Club as well as appearing in live panel shows at Brighton Fringe and Camden Comedy Club.

William is a writer for R4’s NewsJack and is currently working on his debut hour ‘Gathering Moss’
